Goods purchased from the Solar Partners NZ online site may be returned for a refund only with the consent and approval of Solar Partners NZ Ltd
To be eligible for consideration of a refund:
- The goods are returned to Solar Partners NZ Ltd within 5 days of delivery, and
- The good are accompanied by a notice stating Solar Partners NZ Ltd’s original invoice number and a reason for the return, and
- The goods are returned in an unsoiled, unused, undamaged and resalable condition in their original packaging
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Less a restoking fee of 10% of the purchase price or $150, whichever is greater.
The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the goods. Shipping cost are non-refundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from any credit given
Damaged or Missing Goods
Any claim in respect of a shortage of goods or damaged goods must be lodged with Solar Partners NZ Ltd within 5 days of the delivery of some or all of the goods.
Failure of the cutomer to give notice of a claim within 5 days of the delivery of some or all of the goods we will unfortunately be unable to offer a refund or replacement.
