Canadian Solar has received the highest PV Module bankability rating in BloombergNEF’s “PV Module & Inverter Bankability 2020” Report. 100% of respondents to the BNEF survey judged Canadian Solar to be a bankable PV module brand, reflecting the willingness of banks to provide a term loan to a solar project using Canadian Solar PV modules.

This survey is distributed to professional entities known to be involved in solar projects including banks, funds, independent power purchasers, EPCs and technical advisers. BNEF also analyse the financial health, track record and capacity in the field of the 49 module brands assessed when determining module bankability.

This is the 6th year that Canadian Solar has ranked in the top 10 bankable module brands by BloombergNEF.
